Based on the Central Coast of NSW, South Central Building is made up of a carefully selected group of the highest quality tradesman. Every member of our team brings a unique set of skills and knowledge to our projects to ensure the quality of our work is second to none.
The principle contractor for South Central Building, Luke Eddey, has over 20 years’ experience in a vast range of home building projects from new homes, renovated homes, extensions and remedial building.
South Central Building is a family run business and we understand the importance of having a comfortable, safe and beautiful place to call home. In fact, building houses has run in Luke’s family for four generations, so this philosophy has been passed down and continued on to this day.
